Lotus Biscoff Milkshake

If you are a fan of Lotus Biscoff and indulgent treats, then this is the recipe for you. A refreshing and luxurious drink infused throughout with Biscoff flavour, perfect for a hot day.

Serves 1 | Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 Lotus Biscoff Biscuits
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Lotus Biscoff Spread Smooth
  • 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Whipped Cream

You will also need a glass serving jar and a blender.

Method:

  1. Add 1 heaped tablespoon of Lotus Biscoff spread to a small microwavable bowl.
  2. Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds or until the spread has melted.
  3. Using a spoon, make swirls of melted Biscoff spread inside the glass jar.
  4. To a blender, add 1 cup of ice cream with 1 heaped tablespoon of Biscoff spread and blend until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the glass jar, and decorate with a teaspoon sized swirl of the melted Biscoff spread.
  6. Add the remaining ice cream and 2 Biscoff biscuits to the blender (there is no need to wash the blender for this), and blend until combined and biscuits crushed.
  7. Add the blender contents to the jar.
  8. Squirt a generous helping of whipped cream over the milkshake.
  9. Crush half a biscuit by hand and sprinkle on top, place the other half of the biscuit into the whipped cream for decoration, and add a final swirl of melted Biscoff spread.
