
Lotus Biscoff Milkshake
If you are a fan of Lotus Biscoff and indulgent treats, then this is the recipe for you. A refreshing and luxurious drink infused throughout with Biscoff flavour, perfect for a hot day.
Serves 1 | Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 Lotus Biscoff Biscuits
- 2 heaped tablespoons Lotus Biscoff Spread Smooth
- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- Whipped Cream
You will also need a glass serving jar and a blender.
Method:
- Add 1 heaped tablespoon of Lotus Biscoff spread to a small microwavable bowl.
- Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds or until the spread has melted.
- Using a spoon, make swirls of melted Biscoff spread inside the glass jar.
- To a blender, add 1 cup of ice cream with 1 heaped tablespoon of Biscoff spread and blend until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the glass jar, and decorate with a teaspoon sized swirl of the melted Biscoff spread.
- Add the remaining ice cream and 2 Biscoff biscuits to the blender (there is no need to wash the blender for this), and blend until combined and biscuits crushed.
- Add the blender contents to the jar.
- Squirt a generous helping of whipped cream over the milkshake.
- Crush half a biscuit by hand and sprinkle on top, place the other half of the biscuit into the whipped cream for decoration, and add a final swirl of melted Biscoff spread.
